When you use Waleva, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and — if you are a seller — your business details. We also record basic usage data to improve the service.

We use your information to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers, send order updates, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Sellers can see the delivery details of buyers who order from them. Buyers can see the shop information that sellers choose to make public. Waleva staff may access your information only when required to resolve disputes or operate the platform.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You may also close your account at any time from your account settings.
