Waleva is a marketplace that connects buyers with local shops across Ghana. By using our platform, you agree to interact respectfully with other users, provide accurate information, and comply with applicable Ghanaian law.

You agree to pay for any products you order. You understand that Waleva is a platform — the sellers are independent businesses, and any negotiated prices, delivery, and product quality are matters between you and the seller.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, fulfilling orders, and complying with tax and business regulations. Waleva may suspend accounts that violate our trust and safety policies.

If a buyer and seller cannot resolve a dispute between themselves, Waleva may mediate. Our decisions on disputes are final, but do not override your legal rights.
